We are delighted you’re interested in joining us for a party. Please fill out this application to be considered.** We don’t ask these questions to be intrusive but to protect everyone’s safety and ensure a pleasurable time for all.

Until your application is approved and you are placed on the party list, you cannot attend an SSNY party, Boardwalk Badness Weekend (BBW), or book a room at the hotel (for BBW only).

Once approved, you will be emailed the name of the hotel, contact information, group discount code, and instructions to purchase your party ticket.

Each applicant is required to truthfully fill out this form before they can be considered to attend our party. All information provided will be held in the strictest confidence.

Please use the name and address that appears on your driver’s license. You will be asked to present your driver’s license at registration.
